Where we Consult

We are primarily based in Melbourne and Adelaide however we are used to life on the road and in the current days of COVID, many of our services can also be conducted remotely.

Whether it’s the main capital cities such as Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart, Perth,  Canberra and Darwin or regional locations like Geelong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, the Blue Mountains, Woolongong etc we are happy to travel.

But it’s not just within Australia, we’ve been happy to provide consulting services in New Zealand, the Philippines and Papua New Guinea to name a few and nowhere is off limits!

Whilst there are some local nuances and customer preferences that can and do change by location, the principles of great contact centre management and great customer experiences are consistent across the globe.
